Our Mission
We aim to reduce the carbon footprint that comes with producing clothes by reusing garments that would otherwise turn into textile waste. Our purpose is to be an eco-friendly and sustainable business that is compromised to help the environment by selling pre-loved clothing.
How is Ciao Clothing environmentally aware?
We are a business that is eco-friendly and sustainable. Ciao offers second-hand clothing at a reasonable price, which lowers the pollution used to create clothes. We also have processes in our warehouse that use significantly fewer carbon emissions than other business models.
Where do you source your goods?
We source our goods from textile recycling companies. They sell the donated, recycled clothing to businesses like Ciao to help reduce waste and provide suitable quality clothing for our customers.
Ordering
Can I pick the items in my boxes or bale?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow our customers to pick what goes in the box or bale.
The clothing that comes in your bale is lightly worn and is randomly selected. The t-shirts in this bale come in various colors, different prints, some advertisements, and branded t-shirts (recognizable brands and brands that are not as popular). Your bale may also contain some blank T-shirts, but it's not guaranteed as each bale is different.
How much time does it take for my order to ship?
We aim to ship your order within the first week after we receive it. Although, sometimes we're backed up and ship orders 10-14 days after the order is placed. For more information, check out our Shipping Policy on our website
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Input your address when ordering to get an estimate on shipping. If you still have some concerns/questions, send us an email at contact@ciaoclothing.com. We will try to reach back to you as soon as possible.
How do I know I'm getting a good value? Is it worth it?
Our clothes are bought from high-quality, textile recycling clothing companies. We sort and quality check the clothing we receive to provide only the best for our customers.
Im I getting the same items shown in the pictures?
You don't receive the exact items shown in the images, the items in the boxes/bales are selected randomly by our team members. We try our best to sort mechandise that our customers will love.
Payments
How do I use a promotion code?
When checking out, you should see a promo code box. Enter a valid promo code, and see the discount be added to your order's total.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Ciao Clothing accepts US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit (processed like credit), Prepaid, Rewards.
Returns
How do I return or exchange my order?
Disclaimer: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED for this product. The clothes in your bale or box are lightly worn and randomly selected. The t-shirts in this bale come in various colors, different prints, some advertisements, and branded t-shirts (recognizable brands and brands that are not as popular). Your bale may also contain some blank T-shirts, but it's not guaranteed as each bale is different. We are not responsible for any hate symbols, religious affiliation, drug encouragement, etc.

What is your return policy?
If you want to return an order you bought online within 30 days of ordering, you can contact us by email, contact@ciaoclothing.com, or click the contact us button on our website. We accept returns if you've received the wrong product, if there was a problem with the product, or are unsatisfied with the product. Non-refundable orders are wholesale products, items sent after 30 days of placing the order, or items that don't meet any of our requirements for a return. How long does it take to process a refund?
After we receive the order back at our warehouse, it takes up to 3 business days to process the payment and put the money back into your account. Order Status
Why was my order canceled?
Ciao Clothing was unable to verify the billing information provided. If the billing address does not match the credit card issuer or bank on file, the order will automatically be canceled. If your order has been canceled and you think this is a mistake, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
Ciao Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a secure place at your delivery address.
